There are four types of positions.... The duties of these positions are as listed below. Simply click one of the position listings to apply for that type of position.   Lead Forecaster - Assists the Forecaster In Charge with scheduling and training, manages the Forecasters in the absence of the FIC, and forecasts on a set schedule. Some experience required.   Lead Nowcaster - Assists the Forecaster In Charge with scheduling and training, manages the Nowcasters in the absence of the FIC, and coordinates the Nowcasters during times of adverse weather. Some experience required.   Forecaster - Produces the 7 or 10 day forecast on a set schedule. Experience preferred but training is available.   Nowcaster - Produces weather updates as coordinated and necessary during times of adverse weather. Experience preferred but training is available.
